We work smart!

We rely on trust, flexibility and teamwork. On the one hand, smart working corresponds to the desire to work from home and, on the other hand, to professional challenges and work. At the heart of Smart Working is your contribution to the company's goals and not where you do it.

You and your team decide together when and where you work in order to achieve the department and company goals in the best possible way. Where you work is determined by where you are most productive, how you and your team can best work together, and your personal preferences.
